Caffeine energy mints. Viter Energy Mints, Wintergreen.

Image
Have you ever wanted a quick pick me up without having to break out a big energy drink or a cola. Go ahead and try some caffeine energy mints. Specifically the Viter Energy Mints give a nice caffeine punch while freshening up your breath. The caffeine in them is equivalent to a half cup of coffee, so there is definitely enough in there to get your day going right.

Oculus Go no PC needed

Just got an Oculus Go and so far I am loving it. VR has come along way in just a short few years. The limitations of having an expensive VR headset connected to an even more expensive PC is now gone. With the Oculus Go you need no PC to get right into the VR world. Overall I would say its an impressive piece of technology for only 200 dollars. Right now I would say the lack of a killer app is preventing it from taking over the gaming space. Or maybe it will be like mobile phones, existing in its own gaming realm that will never totally replace home/portable video game systems and PCs.

Laundry Detergent Pods

I've never used laundry detergent pods before. I read up on them and I always wondered how they outer casing dissolves. Looking it up on wikipedia they use PVA which is highly water soluble as the outer casing. I used to assume they used Casein which pills use. Casein is only disolvable at higher water temperatures or non neutral pH. I am going to buy some pods soon and try them out.

Amazon Hardside spinner luggage / Amazon Basic Hardside Spinner luggage ...

Image
Amazon a few years ago came out with their own brand of luggage.  I bought a blue hardspinner luggage to use on my next non-suburban trips.  I found it to be both durable, price concious, and very compatible with filling it to the brim.

Suburban Life - The cleanout

Living in the suburbs means I can easily accumulate items that I just dont use anymore. Selling on facebook, Ebay, Craigslist or a garage sale is always an option. What happens when the items you think are worth something just wont sell? Simple, if you dont want to throw them away, take them to your local goodwill. They will even give you a receipt if you want to deduct the items off of your taxes. Plus it gives you a good feeling of not throwing away items that still work.

Here is a review of the Keurig 2.0 My K-Cup reusable coffee filter. This is great if you want to use your own grounds in your own Keurig 2.0 brewer. I still use it to this day, but I also like to buy coffee kcups as well of course.

Pokemon Ramen

Pokemon ramen was an interesting cup-o-noodle that I picked up online.  It is a product of Japan that I had imported.  It takes just like any other chicken based ramen and was actually pretty tasty!
